About the Job
Customer Service Officer (RM 2800 - 4300).
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing customer service within the school.
This includes the prompt and accurate routing of telephone calls, as well as disseminating information to students, parents, and staff members.
Additionally, the incumbent is expected to assist with daily administrative duties.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications: STPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
Pleasant and confident personality, coupled with a cheerful disposition.
Proficient in telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
Computer literacy is essential.
