Customer Service Officer (RM 2800 - 4300).
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing customer service within the school.
- This includes the prompt and accurate routing of telephone calls, as well as disseminating information to students, parents, and staff members.
- Additionally, the incumbent is expected to assist with daily administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: STPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
- Pleasant and confident personality, coupled with a cheerful disposition.
- Proficient in telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Computer literacy is essential.
