About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and target-driven Course Consultant to join our team in Ipoh.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with parents and students, understanding their learning needs, and recommending the right courses or programmes. You will play an important role in helping families make informed decisions while supporting the growth of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to enquiries from parents and students through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Understand students learning needs, goals, and current challenges before recommending suitable courses.
  • Provide clear information about course details, fees, schedules, promotions, and registration procedures.
  • Follow up with potential customers professionally and consistently.
  • Assist with student enrolment, registration, payment arrangements, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and students through helpful and honest communication.
  • Work closely with teachers and the customer service team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, enrolments, and customer feedback.
  • Support marketing campaigns, open days, trial classes, and school events when required.
  • Achieve individual and team enrolment targets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: STPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
  • At least 12 years of experience in sales, education consulting, customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to speak Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, cheerful, proactive, and service-minded personality.
  • Able to follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
  • Computer literate and able to use basic office software.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-driven, but also honest and student-focused when recommending courses.
